Custom Rig Development, or Character Rigging On-Demand service,
we offer Rigging Supervision to ensure technical consistency,
quality control, and smooth collaboration across teams throughout
the rigging production cycle.
We work day-to-day as a strategic rigging supervisor, actively
communicating with your production, animation, and modeling departments.
We guide your rigging team or partner studio to ensure that all assets meet
the technical and artistic standards defined during the initial setup.
This is not a full-time staff role (e.g., 8 hours a day), but a part-time,
highly involved collaboration designed to fit naturally into your production
schedule and workflows.
The service is offered at a fixed monthly price, making it predictable and
easy to budget — with no hourly billing or unexpected overages.

When is this service available?
Rigging Supervision is available only when bundled with one of the following:
- Project Bootstrap Pack
- Custom Rig Development
- Character Rigging On-Demand
This ensures that supervision is built on top of a solid rigging foundation
and aligned with a consistent pipeline.
What does the supervision include?
- Technical direction and support for internal or partner rigging teams
- Weekly or milestone-based rig reviews
- Compliance checks against naming conventions and build standards
- Feedback rounds and final rig approval workflows
- Communication bridge between modeling, rigging, and animation teams
Are you involved day to day?
Yes — we work with your team or external rigging partners on a day-to-day basis,
actively communicating with production, animation, and modeling departments, and
reviewing progress regularly.
However, this is not a full-time commitment (e.g., 8 hours per day).
It’s a part-time strategic supervision role, focused on ensuring quality,
consistency, and alignment across your rigging process.
How is the service billed?
Rigging Supervision is offered at a fixed monthly price, not tied to hourly
billing. This provides flexibility, responsiveness, and predictable budgeting
throughout the production cycle.
Does it cover vendor or outsourced rigs?
Yes. If you’re using the Character Rigging On-Demand service or working with
external vendors, we supervise their work to ensure it meets the project’s
technical and artistic requirements.
How long does supervision last?
The duration depends on your rigging schedule and overall production scope.
We’ll define a timeline and review cadence as part of the service setup.
