Who is this service for?
This service is ideal for studios or teams already using mGear in production but
experiencing issues with rig stability, scaling, workflow clarity, or integration
between departments. Whether you’re in pre-production or mid-project, we can help.
What does the consulting process involve?
We start with a review of your current pipeline setup and discuss your goals
and pain points. From there, we audit your existing tools, templates, and rigs,
and provide actionable feedback — all while collaborating with your internal team.
What kind of issues can you help with?
We can help you diagnose and fix:
- Broken or unstable rigs
- Naming convention issues or version control problems
- Team workflow inconsistencies
- Model/rig/animation integration challenges
- Pipeline inefficiencies that slow down delivery or iteration
Do we need to share all our internal tools or data?
Only what’s necessary. We’ll ask for access to relevant files or setups to
understand the pipeline in context — everything is treated confidentially and
with the goal of improving your system, not evaluating it.
Will you provide a report or recommendations?
Yes. After the initial review, we’ll provide a list of observations, recommended
improvements, and optional next steps (which may include small tool suggestions,

Will you make the fixes, or just advise?
